Fettuccine Ayam Lada ala Rika |
Kali ini masih bertema tentang fettuccine, hehehehe. Hmm, jika pada tulisan sebelumnya aku sudah mengolah fettuccine dengan cara direbus atau masak kuah, pada tulisan kali ini aku akan memasaknya dengan cara masak tumis atau masak agak kering. Sebagai penambah rasa dan penambah nilai gizi, aku tambahkan dengan daging ayam. Jadi nama menu masakannya adalah Fettuccine Ayam Lada ala Rika, hehehehe.
Oke deh, ayo kita mulai acara main masak-masakannya.
Bahan-bahan:
- 250 gr fettuccine
- 150 gr ayam, potong dadu
- 1/2 bh bawang bombay, iris halus
- 2 sg bawang putih, iris halus
- 2 bh cabe merah, iris serong
- 5 sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdm saus tiram
- 2 sdt gula pasir
- 3 sdm minyak goreng
- 100 ml air
- Saus sambal secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
- 1,5 sdt lada
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 1 ruas kecil lengkuas
- 3 cm jahe
- 1/2 sdt garam

Cara pembuatan:
- Panaskan minyak goreng untuk menumis.

- Masukkan bawang bombay, bawang putih dan cabe merah, lalu tumis sampai mengeluarkan aroma.

- Kemudian masukkan bumbu halus, lalu aduk rata.

- Kemudian tambahkan kecap manis dan saus tiram, lalu aduk rata.

- Kemudian tambahkan air dan gula pasir, lalu aduk rata. Koreksi rasa.

- Kemudian tambahkan fettuccine, lalu aduk rata sampai semua komposisi menyatu rasanya.

- Sajikan dalam sebuah piring atau wadah. Hidangkan bersama dengan saus sambal jika suka pedas.
